Global Co-Operatives

Blue Dot
Co-Operatives now have leverage with price
  -  in commodity markets sellers have never had control of their selling prices!
Commodity trading has always been handled by brokers operating with a different agenda to seller needs
- trading brokers gain by extracting margin ( rent seeking ) between trades for their own benefit and for their investors  -  at the expense of suppliers.
- their actions alone are responsible for booms and busts and the outcome of lives across the world that get played with in the name of global pricing.
- it's played out at institutions that gather together investors only interested in gaining profit not losing it  -  this status quo is now in question.
- the free market that are so often referred to as the epicenter of trade around the world has remained complex and mystifying as to the fluctuating prices.
- Global Co-Operatives provide the leverage in negotiating the trade by securing the selling prices and leaving the buying prices to the free market dynamics.
- free markets are about finding a buyer willing to pay an amount that a seller is willing to accept  -  there is no rule to say that the two prices must be equal

Global Co-Operatives are founded on a free equilibrium economic model whereas commodity markets operate purely on an arbitrage model  -  it's this
difference that gives suppliers the means to operate as Co-Operatives with the backing of the global crowd in Free Open Market Economic Zones  -  FOMEZ
 -
where suppliers are financially supported by the global scale of Direct Foreign Digital Investment  -  DFDI

Global Co-Operatives can be formed as legal entities in the region where they operate  -  the economic model in which the Co-Op operates can be mandated
to operate for the benefit of all suppliers listed within the Co-Operative's legal constitutional structure.

Global Co-Operatives only need to begin in a small region like a town where the grassroots suppliers and local businesses usually collaborate together and
feed off each other  -  once inventory is listed for Outsourced Selling the whole region comes alive within weeks of trading locally  -  from there the value-adding
organically spreads outwards with other industries and cities adding to the new economies of scale.

Global Co-Operatives have dual benefits, apart from the negotiating strength there is the customer acquisition and loyalty program that's built on financial
independence just like any business entity, by having income streams directed back to the Co-Operative to build out the business's scale and/or to distribute
as income back to suppliers.

Global Co-Operative Options
-
Everyone appreciates a little something as a thank you even if its just a small gesture like,
-  e.g. $5.00 to spend

well this is what Global Co-Operatives can do!
  Qwick Alerts
-

Advertising and customer acquisition can be expensive and most is done & run, some will stick, whatever label you place on it, overall it's a continual process and cost.

well Global Co-Operatives don't do that!

-

Marketing, advertising, discounts, loyalty and customer acquisition is really all one and normally has a cost with an unknown return

Global Co-Operatives grab all those points and fit them into a very big "long tail" benefit

-

It ties customers back to the Co-Operative, following them wherever they go

with Global Co-Operatives everyone benefits from all the customer's buying activity

- Even if customer members come into your store or buys online and are not in the Global Co-Operative they can still add benefit to your business, more than just from a single one time sale.
  - -  sellers can buy customers by selling their unique URL link, it releases UDC to the customer to help kick-off a long tail relationship with their customer.

How could a few customers help drive a Co-Operative?

Even if a business had just 10 customers it can multiply very quickly if each of those customers know 10 friends and they know 10 friends and so on.

Members can send a viral message with one click to a large following each member can have on the platform, within seconds a member can send an alert about a product or service that a business has listed.

All this is be done without any advertising but just by simply listing the product or service in the LA Deal process and everything will take off from there.

Each item listed in the LA Deals is first displayed and then can be sent by a business to some of their customers via as an alert feature within the Platform, those customers too can each send alerts to their followers via each member's Got It Connect window

-  for sending on the alerts, members can earn a percentage of the marketing value.

Each member can receive alerts in their Got It Connect, which they can use to Give the Sign to all their followers on to the 6 Levels of followers that they can collect.

The sender is then paid a percentage set aside for each successful sell and this can add up to quite an income.

Each member has the option of becoming an OMM  -  Open Market Merchant, a 'virtual wholesaler' operating from anywhere in the world as a business entity, earning an income just as a traditional business but without needing to handle stock or staff.

Global Co-Operatives buy invitations to give away or sell to their local customers for $5.00 ( set price ), which credits the value into a customer's new QwickP2P Account when it's activated.

Each Co-Op supplier can give away or sell the invitation to a local customer  -  each customer becomes an income stream source for the Co-Op as they go about being active on the Platform with other suppliers.

Businesses usually buy loyalty from customers by offering discounts or giving deals that cut into profits.

With Global Co-Operatives each supplier can give or sell a credit to initially link the customer with the Co-Op and wherever the customer buys across any industry or in any country there's still a gain for the Co-Op.

No effort is needed by the business to maintain the customer although LA Deals can add to the sales revenue and certainly multiply things.

So how does it work?
It starts by giving the Global Co-Operative a Business Account & UDI Portfolio to hold the commercial activity of hundreds of locations from around the world - especially your own trading locations
Global Co-Operatives are designed for businesses both online and offline and also for any business that has a network of partners with customers   Queen Bee
Blue dot Account: a business can register a prime account and have several other accounts attached for different departments and a Global Co-Operative account can be one of them with a linked portfolio
Blue dot Portfolio: lists geographical locations and records commercial activity in each location then uses a unique distribution process to update each location that is listed in the member's UDI Portfolio  -  daily
Blue dot 6 degrees of separation: is the service where referral connections are registered, such as your customers and then the connection between the customers and their connections all the way to 6 levels        see more
Blue dot Connection: Global Co-Operative uses the 6 degrees of separation and fills the first level with your customers as they register using your special link, as more join in in the various levels, the team becomes a business's free global advertising and selling platform
Blue dot Activity: with links to customers/affiliates a business can give alerts of items or events to keep brand awareness but in the background your business gains financially from activity down in the 6 levels of each customer with the portfolio's daily updates without any effort
Blue dot Ripple effect: having customers on the first level can give you options to offer the LA Deal Prices that have a ripple effect down the 6 levels and other businesses connected to your levels will have a ripple effect back up to your business
Blue dot Local Commerce: Is the commerce activity selling product & service trade that every business is providing as a seller to a demand from a buyer in exchange for a value on the platform

Privacy: although as a business you may have contact details of customers the Platform will not disclose certain details of anyone unless specifically required for the activity or initiated by the end user - the Platform will not allow data scraping or other methods that allow private information to be gathered without the users permission.

What levels of Global Co-Operative are UDI Portfolios available?
Suppliers come in all sizes with customer numbers ranging in size and needs,
-  only a business will know so we have designed several levels of UDI Portfolios to suit
There are five levels of Global Co-Operative UDI Portfolio sizes to fit any business's customer marketing strategy.

Location Portfolio
With each Seed value this amount is available immediately as incentive for customers to register with your business link.

As an example: as a thank you to existing customers your business could offer $5 credit to attract them to register for the first time in the Platform under the business's link, they would become a businesses Level 1 members, the $5 can be spent buying locations in the members UDI Portfolio, it all helps to earn from the overall activity.

The remaining value including a credit for the Seed value is still in the Global Co-Operative's UDI Portfolio continuing to grow from daily activity and as this gain increases and moves to a surplus it can be spent as a 'thank you' to more customers as an incentive to join the Co-Operatives Level 1.

Of course a business could decide to sell the Co-Operative's credit ( invitation value ) to their customers to recoup the cost of the program, either way the value has the ongoing ripple effect.

The growth normally multiplies around the location where a business is physically sited as the customer base in many situations is usually centered in or near that business so when a member of a business's Queen Bee program buys at other 'local' businesses or even in the region from the Platform there is the 'ripple effect' that comes back towards each Global Co-Operative.

The X Times Total Value means that there is a greater earning value gained by the higher levels in the Global Co-Operative.

The cost of locations for the balance of the extra (= X value) are added to the Credit Line as a counter balance and this value continually reduces as the commercial activity is gained in the locations selected by the business.

No Buyer's 2.5% LAT Fee is charged for a business's initial location unit buying in the Queen Bee Loyalty Project.
